Overview
Pawmark handles sensitive information — your pet's location and your account details. We treat it with care, collect only what we need, and never sell your data.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), your pet profiles, device identifiers, and location data reported by your tracker. We also keep basic payment records for your orders and subscription.
How we use it
To show your pet's live location, power safe-zone alerts and reminders, deliver your order, manage your subscription, and provide support. Location data is used to operate the service you asked for — nothing else.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share only with the service providers needed to run Pawmark (e.g. payment and delivery partners), and only the minimum required. A customer can never access another customer's pet or device.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is controlled and logged, and device credentials and secrets are never exposed in the app. You can export your data or delete your account at any time.
Your choices
You control notification preferences, family-sharing access and your privacy settings in the app. Contact us anytime to access, correct, export or delete your information.
