1-year limited warranty
Every Pawmark GPS tracker is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects, battery faults that prevent normal charging, and hardware failures that are not caused by misuse. If we can't repair it, we'll replace it.
What's not covered
Accidental damage, water damage beyond the IP67 rating (e.g. swimming or submersion), lost or stolen devices, normal wear of the collar strap, and damage from unauthorised repairs.
How to claim
Email pawmarkpk@gmail.com with your order number and a short description (a photo or video helps). Our team will guide you through diagnostics and arrange a repair or replacement.
Replacements
Approved warranty replacements are shipped free of charge within Pakistan. Your subscription and pet history stay exactly as they were.
